dude, let us sleep
I think that sleeping in msip should be allowed. Msip is a period where you can do your homework and get caught up. But when you are done all your work there is nothing to do. Whenever I'm done all my work I just like to rest and lay my head down, but then I get yelled at! you need the most amount of sleep when you are a teenager. Since most people in highgschool are teens, let us sleep in msip if all our work is done.

I also agree that if a student has all of their work done, they should be able to sleep. Many students are extremely tired at school, and having nap might refresh them for their next classes.
